For this event, I took on the role of 'Human Resources'. I had to liase different clubs and societies to prepare and gather equipment for the event. I also worked with external vendors to settle aspects such as food, entertainment and booths for students.

 

Some vendors we worked with included instagram shops and homegrown businesses. Additionally, I gathered sponsors so vouchers could be given to attendees of the event.
